We have identified an issue preventing a subset of Sage Intacct customers from retrieving the latest bank transactions for accounts connected using Multi-Account Linking (the ability to connect multiple bank accounts simultaneously). All other product functionality is operating as expected.
We are currently investigating the cause and are working on unblocking impacted customers as soon as possible
