We have identified an issue impacting customers in France. When customers click “Post” on a purchase invoice, the action appears to have no effect. If “Post” is clicked for the second time, the following error is displayed: "Unable to create the journal entry because one has already been generated." As part of remediation process, the GE sync will not be available while we investigate.
