We have identified an issue affecting customers in the USA, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. Customers with accounts at The Co-operative Bank who use the products listed below are unable to receive bank feeds. The service continues to perform as expected for customers using other banking providers.
We are engaged with our third-party, Gocardless to resolve this issue.
