Issue with New Access Profiles Unavailable

This incident has been resolved, we have confirmed that roles and access profiles are successfully hydrated. If you continue to experience issues with roles or access profiles not being available to view in IdentityNow, please contact SailPoint Support.

A fix has been deployed and we are currently monitoring results. Access profiles and roles that were previously unavailable are hydrating now, and we expect them to become available for viewing details in the IdentityNow UI shortly. We are continuing to monitor and will provide another update once we have confirmed this issue has been resolved.
