504 Gateway Timeout Errors when accessing Tenants in US-East-1

This issue has been resolved, 504 Gateway Timeouts have subsided and administrators can login to SandBox and Production tenants. If you continue to experience issues, please contact SailPoint Support.

A fix has been implemented and 504 Gateway Timeouts are subsiding, customers should be able to access both Staging and Production tenants in US-East-1. We are continuing to monitor to validate all services are restored to normal functionality.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing customers from accessing staging and production tenants in US-East-1. When attempting to access the IdN tenant, a 504 Gateway Timeout error is displayed. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and will continue posting updates here as we have them.
