Identity Security Cloud aggregations are currently experiencing a service disruption. (US-East-1)

This incident has been resolved.

Our backlogs have been fully consumed and have remained entirely clear over the weekend. Our core services are operating normally and performance is stable.

To ensure long-term stability, our engineering teams are preparing to implement a series of robust, long-term system enhancements over the next few days. Out of an abundance of caution, we are keeping this incident in a Monitoring state while this work is completed.

We will provide another update once the monitoring period is successfully complete or if there are any significant changes.

We are currently seeing a steady burn down of the backlog queues, and system processing times are returning to normal baseline levels.

Our engineering teams are continuing to actively monitor the queue rates and overall system performance to ensure full stability is maintained. We will provide another update once the queues have completely cleared and we are confident the issue is fully resolved.
