The process of adding additional resources to the service has now begun. Investigations into the incident trigger continue in parallel. The team previously restarted a processing server; however, this did not improve order processing latency.

At 10:00 UTC, on November 25, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption impacting Salesforce order management integration for Commerce Cloud. During this time customers may experience slowness and delays in order processing, leading to orders becoming queued. The placing of orders is not impacted at this time. The team is currently investigating the issue to identify a possible trigger.
