At 05:10 UTC, on December 13, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption impacting instances across the Canada Data Centre. During this feature disruption, customers may experience issues while accessing certain features within the LiveAgent service.

Upon investigation, the team noted that one of the database nodes was in an unhealthy state. In an attempt to restore the services, the team restarted the database node. We remain engaged and continue to explore multiple paths to resolution.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
