Service Disruption

At 03:43 UTC, on December 14, 2022, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a service disruption impacting the CS98 instance within the Salesforce production environment. During a service disruption, end users can’t log into Salesforce or access any of their services.
Upon investigation, the team determined a potential issue during a release causing connectivity issues with the core application.
We determined that a site switch is required as the quickest path to resolve the issue. The site switch began at 04:42 UTC. This activity will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, the instance will be unavailable and users will be unable to log into and access their Salesforce services.
