The team developed a fix which was successfully reviewed and validated. We are implementing the fix via a configuration change across all the impacted instances. This fix will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The team remains engaged and will continue to monitor the instance performance levels to ensure stability across all the impacted instances.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

After further review and analysis, the team determined a fix forward as the potential path to resolution and is currently working on implementing the fix via a change across all the impacted instances. This activity will take 30 minutes to complete. The team has paused the change rollback on the cluster as it believes the fix forward is the fastest way to mitigate the impact on our customers.

The Salesforce Technology team has identified recent configuration changes to the CDP clusters as the likely cause of the issue. The team is working to roll back the changes on the cluster and will monitor to see if it helps mitigate the impact. In parallel, the team is exploring alternate paths to resolution.

We investigated further and identified that a subset of customers on EU28 is also impacted.

As of 21:30 UTC, on January 23, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team is aware of a feature disruption impacting Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) services. Some customers using the CDP functionality may experience CDP queries not returning any results.
The team continues to investigate and explore multiple paths to resolve the issue.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
