At 12:30 UTC, on January 30, 2023, a recent change implemented by the Salesforce Technology team resulted in a feature disruption for customers using the Business Manager feature switches. The change has reset the feature switches to default values. This is only impacting customers with personalized values in the feature switch. Customers may see a variety of issues depending on how they use feature switches, for example, in some cases orders may not be processed as expected.
