Performance Degradation

The Technology team identified the issue trigger and are implementing a permanent fix across impacted datacenters. The team is validating results and performing health checks before declaring an all-clear.

At 20:44 UTC on January 30, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team was made aware of a performance degradation impacting multiple data centers. Customers have reported experiencing connection pool timeouts, latency, and some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance.

Teams are working to mitigate the impact by performing rolling restarts while attempting to identify the incident trigger.
