There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

The team believes the impact has been fully mitigated, as of deployment completion times for each instance. Out of an abundance of caution, further validations will be undertaken for both instances before confirming an incident all-clear. This process will be in place for the next number of hours.

This Trust posting will remain open during this period, and we’ll provide an update once this process has been completed or upon a significant update.

The deployment release to IND7 has completed as of 20:33 UTC. Initial indications appear positive, and customers on IND7 should begin experiencing improved performance.

The team has completed validations, initial indications appear positive, and customers on IND43 should begin experiencing improved performance. The team is now moving forward with releasing the deployment to IND7.

The deployment release has begun for IND43. Once completed, the team will undertake post-deployment validations to ensure the issue has been addressed before deploying to IND7.

The team has narrowed down the likely trigger to a versioning mismatch between the database and app tiers and is pursuing the potential of releasing a deployment to correct this. Validations are ongoing before proceeding.

The fix encountered issues during the final stages of implementation. The team is now exploring alternative paths to resolution, and additional resources are engaged to assist with this.

At this time, customers may experience various degrees of performance degradation, including but not limited to difficulties deleting records.
