At approximately 05:45 UTC on February 12, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team began receiving alerts of a feature degradation impacting CRM Analytics. Upon investigation, the team determined that scheduled and manual analytics recipes are either failing or processing more slowly than expected. The team has engaged engineering resources to assist in the investigation.
