The Salesforce Technology team has identified that a recent change was the trigger of this issue. The team is currently preparing to roll back that change as the best path to resolution.

We’ll provide an update upon the completion of the rollback or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 15:30 UTC on March 16, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature disruption impacting the Analytics service on multiple instances. During this time, customers will be unable to create a new dashboard; the step that involves creating charts, or “recipes”, when creating a new dashboard is not functioning.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
