Feature Degradation

At 10:43 UTC on April 18, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature degradation affecting customers on the CS98, CS99, and CS138 instances. Customers may observe errors while attempting to execute "Customer recipes". Upon investigation, we determined that a recent change as the potential cause of the issue. The team is preparing to roll back the change as the best path forward to resolution. We’ll provide another update upon completion of that rollback or upon a significant update.
