Outage Details

There’s a service disruption impacting Storefronts deployed on Commerce Cloud Managed Runtime in this region. During a regional service disruption, users are unable to access the Storefronts deployed in this region, and changes made to Storefronts may not succeed. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

As of 20:24 UTC, all production environment Storefronts have been successfully moved to US East 2 to restore accessibility for impacted Storefronts. Validation checks are currently being conducted by our teams to ensure the restoration of all production sites. We will provide further updates once the validation process is complete.

If your Storefront is in a non-production environment you can follow the steps below to manually move your Storefront to a different region to restore your site.

Title: Commerce Cloud Third-Party Disruption

Issue: A disruption was detected by the Salesforce Technology team at 18:57 UTC on June 13, 2023, impacting Commerce Cloud Storefronts in the US East 1 region. To address this, we have initiated a site switch to the US East 2 data center, and we anticipate that customer Storefronts will become available shortly.

Impact: Affected users in this region are currently unable to access their Storefront. The issue has been identified as being caused by a third-party provider, and our teams are actively collaborating with them to address and resolve the issue.

An update will be posted to the incident thread in 30 minutes, or sooner if additional information becomes available
