Commerce Cloud Service Disruption - Storefronts and Business Manager

At 16:12 UTC, on August 21, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a service disruption affecting customers on POD108 instance of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment. Customers may be unable to access the Business Manager, however, Storefront was not impacted as a result of this incident. The Technology team has investigated the issue and determined that a recent deployment change may have caused the problem. The team is rolling back the change to mitigate this issue. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
