Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is less then initially understood. Instances that are not experiencing impact (CS89, CS102, CS106, CS107, CS128, CS129, CS173, CS174, CS365, EU18, EU26, EU27, EU30, EU31) will be removed from further postings and we apologise for any concern caused by their initial inclusion.

At 10:13 UTC, on November 02, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team were alerted to a possible power supply issue impacting the CDG datacenter. As a result, multiple instances are currently experiencing a service disruption and end users cannot access their services. On-site teams are actively investigating and multiple mitigation measures are currently being assessed.
