There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

Our logs continue to indicate an improved response times for Storefronts, however we are closely monitoring the aspect of recovery. The increased response times while accessing Business Manager remains unchanged. The Technology team continues to investigate what triggered the degradation and potential paths to resolve the issue. Concurrently, the team is exploring failover options in an attempt to quickly restore the issue.

The Technology team continues to explore multiple paths to quickly resolve the issue that include analyzing the error logs and additional diagnostic information to determine the potential trigger. As our investigations continue, we have noted a significant improvement in the response times for Storefronts. However, some customers may continue experiencing increased response time while accessing Business Manager within the Commerce cloud production environment.

At 06:54 UTC, on December 15, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted performance degradation impacting POD198 within the Commerce cloud production environment. During this time customers may experience increased response times while accessing the Storefronts and Business Manager. The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to resolution.
