Outage Details

There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

As of 23:00 UTC, March 14, 2024, The Salesforce Technology team confirms that the release deployment has begun and is expected to be completed by approximately 04:00 UTC, on March 15. Following the completion of the deployment the team will undertake a period of monitoring to ensure this has been successful.

We’ll post an update once monitoring indicates the outcome of the deployment, or if additional information becomes available.

At 22:42 UTC on March 12, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a performance degradation impacting customers hosted on UM9.
The customers may experience intermittent failures when running CRM Analytics recipes and attempting to log in to core services using the Application Programming Interface (API). The technology team has identified a fix, the deployment for which is expected to start at 22:30 UTC on March 14, 2024.
In the interim, customers are advised to re-run the failed recipes and attempt to log in again to their core services in case of login failures or login to their custom domain rather than login.salesforce.com.

After further review and analysis, we determined that the issue started at 02:00 UTC on March 11, 2024.

We’ll update you once the deployment starts or if additional information becomes available.
