The Technology team continues to focus on emergency maintenance as a means to implement a permanent resolution.
We’ll provide an update following the completion of the maintenance or sooner if additional information becomes available.
At approximately 12:00 UTC, on March 18, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a performance degradation impacting a subset of Marketing Cloud Engagement customers on DB7169, DB764, and DB7086. During this performance degradation customers will have experienced intermittent issues with their Marketing Cloud automations. Impact appears to have ended at approximately 17:00 UTC on March 22, 2024. However, an emergency maintenance has been scheduled to fully resolve this issue, which will begin at 02:00 UTC, March 25, 2024, and is expected to end at 04:00 UTC, March 25, 2024. Any automations that have not been completed before the end of the maintenance will need to be rerun by customers.
