Feature Degradation

The team performed the rollback on one of the impacted PODs and confirmed that they are now able to start and stop the applications from within the Control Center without errors. The team will perform the rollback on the remaining PODs. This is expected to take several hours.

We will closely monitor the progress of the rollback and provide an update once the rollback completes.

The team has identified a recent change as the potential trigger and is preparing a rollback in an effort to resolve the issue.

We expect the rollback to take some time and will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

The technology team remains engaged and continues to investigate the issue. As a temporary workaround, customers can open a support case and the team will assist in restarting applications from within the Control Center.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner as more information becomes available.

At 18:42 UTC on April 17, 2024, a feature degradation impacting the Commerce Cloud Control Center began. Customers may experience errors while starting and stopping the applications from within the Control Center.
