On April 19, 2024, at 18:39 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an email delivery issue in which some customers are seeing transient failures in email logs. Initial investigation points to IP warmup being the potential trigger for this issue. We are working to implement an emergency fix to remediate the impact as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
