Performance Degradation - Asynchronous Processing

At 06:00 UTC on May 08, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team was alerted via monitoring about AP27 performance degradation. During the degradation, customers can experience delays in asynchronous processing, impacting certain functionalities such as Web-to-Case, Web-to-Lead, Email-to-Case, and dashboard refreshes. This can result in delayed updates or actions for users relying on these processes. The Technology team is investigating and exploring multiple paths to resolve the issue quickly.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
