Performance Degradation

The Technology team is continuing with the rollback. NA163 has been identified as one of the impacted instances. The rollback is expected to take another 2 hours.

We continue to monitor the progress closely and will provide an update in 2 hours or sooner if additional information becomes available.

The Salesforce Technology team is aware of a performance degradation impacting Segmentation jobs following the release of a new feature to enable the NDV(Number of distinct value) stats within the Data Cloud platform. Some customers can experience failures in Segmentation jobs with large data while computing stats. The Technology team decided to roll back the release as the quickest path to resolve the issue. The rollback is expected to take approximately 3 hours.
