Beginning as early as 10:14 UTC on June 11, 2024, a small subset of customers who use Email-to-Case flows related to record object content folder 07H* may experience row lock errors for incoming emails or replies to existing emails.

We’re investigating the issue and will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
