The Salesforce Technology team has identified that this issue impacts Event Bus APIs in both the sandbox and production instances listed. The team is analyzing logs to determine the trigger of the issue.

On June 23, 2024, at 02:00 UTC, customers began experiencing errors when using Event Bus APIs, and subscriptions may fail. The exchange of event data through Platform Events may also be affected. Additional teams have been engaged and are investigating the issue.
