The Salesforce technology team continues working on restoring the Marketing Cloud Engagement instances DB11013 and DB11328. This restoration process also includes DB11328, which was previously reported as completed but is still in progress. Our team is committed to finding the most effective solution to address the issue promptly.

DB11328 has fully recovered after performing failover actions. Restoration of DB11013 is still in progress.
