There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

Additional teams have been engaged to assist in the investigation. The replication issue observed has been resolved. However, issues between the app hosts and the database persist. Currently, we are attempting to restart affected app hosts to see if this will allow them to reconnect to the database.

At 04:32 UTC, on August 08, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a database issue impacting NA107. Customers have reported intermittent connectivity issues to Salesforce. Customers may also experience general and intermittent slow performance and timeouts. The database team has observed replication issues between the host and the database. The team continues to investigate the trigger of the issue and explore multiple paths to resolution.
