At approximately 15:30 UTC on Sep 26, Salesforce began receiving customer cases reporting various errors while navigating the application. Engineers identified a DNS issue with Salesforce Private Connect as the potential trigger. The team performed a manual change in attempts to mitigate the impact and monitoring indicates that performance is returning to a healthy state.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
