There’s a service disruption impacting Tableau Cloud. Tableau engineers are currently working on a solution to resolve user impact. During a service disruption, end users can’t access the service. We have identified a potential trigger and implemented a configuration change at 17:08 UTC to mitigate the impact. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure the impact does not return.

We are continuing to investigate what triggered this incident for impacted PODs in the US region. Customers may still be intermittently experiencing login failures; however, many customers are able to successfully log in upon retrying.

We’re investigating a service disruption intermittently impacting customers in the USA regions. Affected customers are unable to sign in to Tableau Cloud services and are receiving a 504 error. Retries have been found to be successful for customers and can be used as a workaround.
