Feature Degradation

We have identified the trigger and are taking action to process a backlog of events. This is expected to remediate the issue causing delays in event delivery and may take several hours to complete.

We will provide and update upon completion of event processing or sooner if more information becomes available.

At 07:30 UTC on April 16, we noted a feature degradation impacting customers on DEU118. A subset of customers using Change Data Capture (CDC) and Platform Events may experience delays in event delivery. We are investigating the trigger for this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
