Outage Details

Issue: On September 18, 2025 at 21:00 UTC, we have begun investigating reports that customers are unable to access their Sandbox orgs. We are currently investigating the issue and potential workarounds. Impact: Multiple customers are currently able to authenticate but cannot access the landing page of their sandbox orgs, which prevents them from accessing Salesforce services. We will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
