Our technology teams are actively working to resolve this performance degradation issue. We are validating solutions to improve system capacity and stability while closely monitoring service performance. Customers may experience slower-than-normal response times and delays when accessing Salesforce sandbox services.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates as more information becomes available. Our next update is scheduled for 60 minutes or sooner, should additional information become available.
