Investigations confirmed that mitigation efforts, including a rollback of the recent release, have shown positive results in addressing the issue impacting the Enterprise Sales Management Console.
A similar fix is being applied in another impacted instance(s) to prevent any additional customer impact. The updated release is undergoing verification to ensure the resolution remains stable before full deployment, which is expected to be completed within the next several hours.

We continue to monitor system performance closely and will provide an update as additional information becomes available or once all environments are confirmed to be functioning as expected.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is broader than initially understood. We have updated the posting to reflect the additional instances experiencing impact, and customers in these instances will receive communications related to this incident going forward.

UPDATE about 3 hours ago - at 10/09/2025 12:35AM

At 23:27 UTC on October 08, 2025, we identified an issue impacting the Enterprise Sales Management Console. A subset of customers may experience a looping “page does not exist” error when attempting to generate quotes, which is impacting critical sales workflows.
The initial investigation indicates that a recent code change is the likely cause, and we are testing a rollback to a previous version to validate the fix. Testing is underway in a lower environment to ensure stability before deployment.

We continue to prioritise restoring full functionality and will share an update in 60 minutes or sooner as additional information is available.
