Tableau Service Disruption

We identified infrastructure activity that caused resource contention in the prod-useast-b environment. Our health metrics are trending positively, and we have received reports that some customers are able to access their instances.

We will continue to monitor our health metrics for resolution. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner as additional information becomes available.

As of October 30, at 17:55 UTC, we became aware of a service disruption impacting Tableau Cloud on our prod-useast-b environment. Customers may observe an 'upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers' error when attempting to access their Tableau Cloud instance. We are investigating the potential trigger of this issue.
