Issue: On November 6, at 08:00 UTC, we noted a feature degradation impacting a subset of our customers using the Prompt Builder.
Impact: Customers attempting to add or modify a retriever action to a prompt template within Prompt Builder are currently encountering an error and are unable to save the template. Activated prompt templates already in production are unaffected and will continue to run correctly.

We have identified the trigger for this incident as a recent code change. Our Engineering teams are actively working to roll back this change to restore full functionality.
We will share the next update within 30 minutes or sooner as more information becomes available.

We have initiated the rollback of the recent code change identified as the cause of the issue. This action is currently in progress to restore the ability to add and modify retriever actions.
We’ll provide another update upon completion of the rollback.
