Marketing Cloud Engagement Feature Degradation

After further investigation, it was discovered that the issue was with a third-party vendor. We engaged with them to assist in our investigations. They determined that there was a high backlog in their message queues, which was contributing to the issue. They've worked to reduce the queue and have confirmed that customers should be seeing signs of improvement, and that the One-Time Password (OTP) SMS sends are now being delivered without delays. The third-party vendor is continuing their work to completely drain the message queue. We are working alongside them to monitor the improvement of the service before declaring this issue resolved.

A subset of Marketing Cloud Engagement customers are experiencing issues with long delivery delays when using the one-time password sent by SMS. Additional teams have joined the investigation and are continuing to perform testing.
