We are aware of an issue that affects Marketing Cloud Engagement customers. Some customers may experience intermittent issues with images not rendering in emails, link timeouts (clicks/views), and increased email delivery delays or failures. We're exploring multiple paths, including increasing capacity to resolve this issue.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood.
