Incident in Imaging,Japan - e-Bunsho for Expense,Japan - e-Bunsho for Invoice on US2, EU2

In the US2 and EU2 Data Center, submitting expense reports and invoices utilizing e-bunsho time stamps were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced an error “The following files failed to upload:minimal.pdf” when attempting to submit an expense report or an invoice including e-Bunsho.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) performed a rollback to restore the service.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
