Incident in Imaging on EU2

In the EU2 Data Center, Expense and Invoice submissions through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were intermittently below expected levels. Affected users may have experienced error message "Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator" when attaching, viewing and uploading receipts to Expenses and Invoices.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
