Incident in Japan - e-Bunsho for Expense on EU2

In the EU2 Data Center, generating an e-Bunsho timestamp in expense reports was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced the following error when requesting a timestamp on a receipt, "Timestamp: Requested." Additionally, expense users may have encountered the following error when attempting to submit an expense report that has an e-Bunsho timestamp requested, "Not Digitally Compliant: Please make sure the receipt image is given an e-Bunsho timestamp."
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
