Incident in Travel on US2, EU2

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, air booking using Travelfusion service through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have experienced "Credit Card Error - Invalid Security number: Enter a valid security number." error in the Review and Purchase Flight screen when completing air booking via Travelfusion.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, air booking using Travelfusion service through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur  mobile app are below expected level. Affected users may experience "Credit Card Error - Invalid Security number: Enter a valid security number." error in the Review and Purchase Flight screen when completing air booking via Travelfusion.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is currently implementing a deployment fix to restore service and is validating the solution through testing. We will share details on the completion of the fix as soon as they become available.
