In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, car searches using Sabre GDS through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have encountered a page that states "No rental cars are available" when attempting to search for Sabre car rates. To check if your company is affected by this incident please log onto the Personalized Concur Open website. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
