In the US2 Data Center, access to the Analysis/Intelligence through the SAP Concur website was unavailable for 3% of the customers . Affected users may have encountered an error: "502 Bad Gateway error" when attempting to access Reporting tab.
During our incident investigation we determined the incident only disrupted limited number of customers. Further communication will be provided to the affected customers only.
Work to identify and resolve the issue is in progress. Since our last update the IRT has started their investigation. Details of our current action plan are provided below.
