Incident in Compleat (TMC Services) on US2

In the US2 Data Center, accessing the Concur Compleat service through the SAP Concur website was unavailable. Affected TMCs may have encountered the following error when attempting to access Concur Compleat, “540 Connectivity Disrupted”. Additionally, email communications may have been delayed.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 Data Center, accessing the Concur Compleat service through the SAP Concur website is unavailable. Affected TMCs may encounter the following error when attempting to access Concur Compleat, “540 Connectivity Disrupted”. Additionally, email communications may be experiencing delays. A workaround has not been identified at this time.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) has identified a third party networking issue as a potential root cause. In addition to working with the third party vendor, the team is investigating potential internal options to mitigate impact.

Our next scheduled update will be one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
