Outage Details

In the EU2 Data Center, accessing Analysis/Intelligence was unavailable. Additionally, travel searches were below expected level. Affected uses may have experienced an error, "Sorry something went wrong" when attempting to access Analysis/Intelligence. Affected users may have experienced intermittent error messages or latency when attempting to perform travel searches. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
