Incident in Invoice,Request on US2

This is an amendment to the previously published Issue Identified and Issue Status update. Upon further investigation, we have determined that the impact of this incident was not as previously understood and did not affect the mentioned services. As this incident impact failed to reach a level that would prompt its posting on this web site, we will be removing it from the SAP Concur Open website.

In the US2 Data Center, submitting travel requests and invoices through the SAP Concur website is below expected level. Affected users may experience latency or slow processing when attempting to submit travel requests and invoices.
The Incident Response Team is currently investigating.
Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.

We are working to determine the user impact and will provide information as it becomes available.
