We are seeing issues with end-users not receiving emails, including eVouchers

This incident has been resolved.

We have identified a series of claims affected by the recent incident. Emails regarding settlements and orders has been disrupted for certain claims.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the process for resending emails to the cases impacted by this issue.

Newly created settlements and orders are working.

We have identified and resolved the issue and will be monitoring the results.

Currently end-users are not receiving their emails in relation to settlement and/or purchases of eVouchers. 

The issue is being investigated with the highest priority, and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to provide or the issue has been resolved.
